We ship orders within the United States using standard delivery services. Free Shippin available and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Prism Core Solution, LLC is not responsible for delays or lost packages after your order is handed off to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final due to the nature of our products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@prismcoresolutionllc.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

At Prism Core Solution, LLC, we take pride in handcrafting each candle with care and love. Due to the nature of our products, we have a final sale policy with limited exceptions. Please review the details below before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or scent preference. All items are final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re happy to make it right. To qualify for a replacement or store credit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
     
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
